You have very little time to capture a buyer's interest because most people start their search for a new home on the internet & will only make an appointment to view the property in person if they like what they see online. Staging is now a necessary component to selling your home because it gives you an advantage over the competition & is cheaper than taking a price reduction. It just makes sense to show your property at its' absolute best so that each & every potential buyer can envision themselves living in the space.

Typically, staging costs between 1% & 3% of the listing price of the property & varies upon the value of the furnishings we load in. Staging is exactly like furnishing your whole home all in one day, but we aim our attention to detail at the potential buyer. On average, we supply and install between 100 and 300 products per property consisting of hard furnishings, (tables, chairs, beds, lamps, desks, fireplaces, consoles, ottomans, benches,) soft furnishings, (bedding, linens, towels, toss cushions, shower curtains, drapery treatments), and accessories, (trees, greenery & floral, artwork, area rugs, candles, books, dishes, vases, throws, etc.) We spend time choosing the right items for each property so that we get the job done and we get it done right.
